What about shipping?

If it’s screen printed or not?

What about refund?

All reservations canceled 24 hours or more in advance will have a 100% refund. Those made with less than 24 hours or for a no show, will not be entitled to a refund.
To request a change or cancellation please send us an email to
spain.wine.experience@gmail.com including the booking reference number, the name of the person who made the reservation, the name of the activity and date, and payment method.

If the reservation is a gift, cancellation must be requested by the person, who booked the activity. There will be no refund for activities canceled within less than 24 hours before the start or for no shows.
